MaxID Group Created by Acquisition of Sygade Solutions (Pty) Ltd., MaxID Ltd.

MaxID Corp. announced today the consummation of a transaction to acquire 100% of the share capital of Sygade Solutions (Pty) Ltd. and 100% of the share capital of MaxID Ltd., creating the MaxID Group, a market leader in the handheld technology space.

Stephen Grist, MaxID’s Chief Financial Officer commenting on the transaction said “We are very pleased to have brought Sygade, MaxID Ltd. and MaxID Corp. under common ownership, allowing us to focus on bringing Sygade’s innovative products to the international market place in the most effective way.
